Paper prototyping gets a look over at A List Apart. Obviously we think paper prototyping is pretty important. Shawn Medero discusses paper prototyping screens for design and user testing. Particular emphasis should be placed on this last bit. There’s no need to build the thing with software, you just built it. Why not test it?

In this lighthearted example of communication directly through data, Logic+Emotion discusses how Benjamin Franklin was able to convince his neighbors that plaster helped the grass grow. The point, “do we encourage enough demonstrating?” resonates and reminds us that marketing can go hand in hand with experimentation and proof.
